Case Management Configure Options

The following options can be configured from the Case Management workspace.

  • Automatically save searches in Collect: Enabling or disabling this permission will control the user's ability to automatically save the searches that are performed from the Case Management Collect workspace.

  • Case specific roles: Enabling or disabling this permission will control the case manager's ability to modify a case reviewer's role within a case.
