Conduct User Interface

The Conduct UI is broken down into the following sections for your understanding:

  • Conduct Tab

  • Conduct Workspace

  • Conduct Panel

The Work space Collapse button works like a toggle button. Click the Work space Collapse button to minimize and maximize the workspace area. This gives you more area on your screen to view your work panel. The Conduct panel displays the information of the option that is selected in the Conduct work space.

The Conduct work space provides the options described in the following table:

Dashboards

Smarsh Conduct provides you with a Dashboard that contains a set of visualizations based on analyzing data that is present.

Admin Search

Admin Search provides administrators access to all the communications present in the assigned queues. This feature enables Enterprise Archive users to always have access to data in the system, including situations when the reviewers are not available.

Exports

Exports allows you to export reviewed conversations from the Conduct queue.

My Review Queues

Lists the queues assigned to you.

The default landing page in Conduct is the My Review Queues workspace.

Queue

Link group containing the Review, Archive Search, and Exports link.

Review

Review allows you to view the conversations in the queue and enables you to add comments and tags to a conversation. A reviewer can escalate, assign, claim, release, update, or close a conversation, and perform a Review search from the Search pane.

Archive Search

Archive Search allows reviewers to search the archive while reviewing a queue and add any existing or past conversations to the queue for review.

Configure

The Configure link group consists of the Tag Groups, Policies, Queues, Notification Templates, List Library, and Sampling Profile menus.

Tag Groups

Tag Groups allow you to configure tag groups and tags. Tag groups also allow you to indicate whether providing comments is mandatory or optional while applying a tag.

Notifications

Notification enables you to add and edit the email notification messages that are sent to Enterprise Archive users for certain actions in Conduct.

List Library

List Library enables you to create and upload a dedicated text file that contains a list of terms based on your requirement.

Policies

Policies allow you to configure new policies and view and edit the existing policies that help you search for conversations that must be reviewed. It provides you multiple selection options to set-up a search criteria.

Sampling Profiles

Sampling profile enables the Enterprise Archive user to supervise a selected percentage of participants/groups based on certain conditions and filters that can be set as per the user's preference.

Queues

Queues allow you to add, view, and edit queues. Queues are assigned to reviewers who then supervise the conversations and perform the appropriate actions.

Note

Conduct is a premium Enterprise Archive feature and requires an add-on subscription. Without subscription, Enterprise Archive administrator may not be able to enable the Conduct tab for the users. To get access to the Conduct module, contact Smarsh Support.
