Administration User Interface

The Administration UI is divided into the following sections:

  • Administration workspace

  • Administration panel - Displays the information of the option that is selected in the Administration workspace.

Note

You must have the administrator permissions assigned to your role in Enterprise Archive to be able to view the Administration UI.

Administration Workspace

The Administration workspace provides the options described in the following table:

Options

Description

Users

This option provides a list of Enterprise Archive users, and allows you to add users, delete users, and change their passwords.

Roles

This option allows you to list the existing roles in Enterprise Archive, and allows you to add new roles and edit the existing roles.

Participants

This group link provides the following two options.

  • View

This option provides a list of all participants in Enterprise Archive, and allows you to view their details.

  • Import

This option allows you to import participant details using a .CSV file.

Participant Groups

This group link provides the following options

  • View

This option provides a list of all participant groups in Enterprise Archive, and allows you to view their details.

  • Import

This option allows you to import participant group details using a .CSV file.

Configure

This group link provides the following options.

  • Alert Templates

This option allows you to create customized the email templates or alert messages that are sent to the users while performing certain actions.

  • API Clients

This option allows you to configure the API Clients in Enterprise Archive.

  • Export Location

This option allows you to specify the destination or location where data or files will be exported to .

  • Network and Channel Icons

This option allows you to configure the network and channel icons in Enterprise Archive.

  • Password Policy

This option allows you to configure a set of parameters that help to configure the password policy .

  • Single Sign-on

This option allows you to configure the single sign-on parameters within Enterprise Archive.

  • Options

This option allows you to set the session timeout value (in minutes)

  • Password Policy

This option allows you to set and manage rules and requirements for user passwords within Enterprise Archive.

  • Single Sign-On

This option allows you to configure a Single Sign-On login credential for enhanced convenience and security.

User Activity Log

This option allows you to view all user activities on the Enterprise Archive application.

Dashboard

  • Exports

The Administration dashboard allows you to view the list of export processes initiated by users from all the tabs.
