Deleting a Case

The Deleting a Case workflow and UI options differs based on your Case Management version. For c ustomers onboarded after January 1, 2024, Case Management 2.0 is the default version. If you were onboarded before this date, you will be using Case Management 1.0. Select your Case Management version before you proceed:

Deleting a case permission is aligned with the Creating a case permission. Users who cannot create a case will not be allowed to delete a case.
