Smarsh has defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the enterprise archive tier1 ingestion process as noted below:

Important
SLO calculation starts from the point of successful ingestion into the archive (status code of HTTP 2000).
SLO definitions are based on the received time of documents or the time documents enter the T-1 ingestion pipeline.
The sent date or message date is not considered for SLO calculations.
The defined SLOs do not apply to the capture or conduct workflows.
