This document will explain the Smarsh Enterprise Reconciliation process and the workspaces present in the Insights app, that have been introduced to enable Enterprise Archive customers access to reconciliation and reporting information.

The Insights app menu consists of the following sections:

• Recon Search: Use this menu option to search for data across the Smarsh archive and view message - level recon data based on the processing state.

• Recon Dashboard: Use this menu option to view consolidated enterprise reconciliation across Archive, Capture, and Email Gateway.
