The summary files can help reviewers understand what was searched and exported from Enterprise Archive. The search criteria used to export the data is provided in a readable format. The Search Details section of the report includes information on the different search filters used by the user.

The downloaded summary file name is constructed by prefixing the export name with the file name. This helps users identify and sort the downloaded summary files easily even when multiple files are downloaded to the same directory.

Note

Prefixing the export name with the file name applies only for ad-hoc exports and not scheduled exports.

The summary file displays the following information related to conversations requested for exporting.

Summary Date	Displays the date on which the file was exported. For example, `Fri Nov 19 06:34:42 UTC 2021`
App	Displays the application from which the conversation was exported.
Export Details
Export Id	Displays the Unique ID of export.
Export Name	Displays the name provided by the user when exporting the conversations, For example, `ABC_Litigation`
Export Destination	Displays the export destination selected by user. For example, `EA UI`
Exported by User ID	Displays the first name and last name of the user exporting the data.
Start Time	Displays the start time of the export process. For example, `Fri Nov 19 06:34:35 UTC 2021`
Finish Time:	Displays the time when the export process completes. For example, `Fri Nov 19 06:34:42 UTC 2021`
Snapshot Counts	Displays the different count for the number of exported records. Count includes Total Count, Success Count, Failure Count, Disposed Count, `Skipped Count, Skipped Content Duplicate Count, Unique Threaded Messages Count, Threaded Messages Count, DeDup Count`, and `Total File Size` in bytes.
Export Details	Displays all the details of exported conversation. Details include `Container, Text or Email Format, Load Format, Verify COC, Send Notifications, Remove Duplicate Emails, DeDup Options, Compress Zip, Include Expanded Participants, Include Metadata, Date Gap, High Priority Export` , and `Include Attachments`. The Dedup field contains the list of parameters that are added while configuring the deduplication feature for exporting email messages from Enterprise Archive . The typical fields that are configured include Subject, Body, Attachments, Sender/Recipients, CC, BCC, and Date/Time stamp.
Search Details
Date range	Displays the data range selected for conversation search.
Words / Phrase	Displays the keywords used in search, including the advanced search.
Advanced Query	Displays the advanced search queries used in search, such as Searched in Subject, Body, or Policy Events.
Participants/Groups	Displays all the participants roles and groups specified in the search.
Number of Participant(s)	Displays the range of number of participants specified in the search.
Number of Attachment(s)	Displays the number of attachments in the searched conversation.
Attachment Name(s)	Displays the attachment name specified in the search.
Attachment Extension(s)	Displays the attachment extension specified in the search.
Document size (incl. attachments)	Displays the document size with attachments specified in the search.
Attachment size	Displays the size of attachments provided in the search.
Channel(s)	Displays the channel names provided in the search.
Network(s)	Displays the network names provided in the search.
IDs	Displays the unique ID provided in the search.
Package Details
File Package	Displays the name of file package.
Count	Displays the count of files included in package.

Note

When a search filter is not selected, the respective field values will be empty in the summary file.
