Archive Management User Interface
The Archive Management UI is divided into the following sections:

The Archive Management panel displays the information of the option that is selected in the Archive Management workspace.
Archive Management Workspace
The Archive Management workspace provides the options described in the following table:

Description |
Archive Metrics Dashboard |
Archive Metrics Dashboard enables users to analyze and represent data using various visualizations such as graphs, pie charts, and so on. |
Content Sources |
This option provides a list of already added content sources, and allows you to add new content sources and edit existing content sources. |
Retention & Disposition |
This option provides information regarding the retention policies that have been set as per the company's compliance rules and regulations. You can define Retention Policies using the Add Policy option. For more information, see Defining a Retention Policy. |
Search |
Search allows you to search for archived conversations. Multiple search filters are available that enable you to fine tune your search results. Additionally, advance metadata queries are also available in form of new filters in the Enterprise Archive UI. The default landing page in Archive Management is the Search workspace. |
Dashboards |
Archive Management uses an Smarsh reporting framework, to analyze and represent data using various visualizations such as graphs, pie charts, and so on. The Dashboard currently lists Archive Metrics reports. |
Exports |
Exports option provides information regarding the exports requested and the status of each export. The visibility of the Exports option is determined by the combinations of user permissions set by the Administrator:

Ingestion Logs |
This option allows you to search ingestion logs using the Transcript ID or by cluster. |
Disclaimers |
Disclaimers allows you to upload a list of words and phrases that could be a part of a Disclaimer section in a conversation. |
The Workspace Collapse button works like a toggle button. Click the Workspace Collapse button once to minimize the workspace area. This gives you more area on your screen to view your work panel. Click the Workspace Collapse button again to maximize the workspace area.
