The parameters Communication Type and Direction that refer to the presence of Internal and External participants in various Sender and Recipient roles in a communication, are used interchangeably across the application.

Adding Columns to the Documents pane

To add Columns, click the Columns button on top-right corner of the Documents pane. List of available columns are displayed, enable the required column and click Done.
