Deleting an Enterprise Archive User

Enterprise Archive Administrators have the permissions to delete a Enterprise Archive user. Other users must have Administrator privileges to delete a Enterprise Archive application user.

To delete an Enterprise Archive application user:

  1. Select the Administration tab.

  2. Click Users in the workspace for Administration .

  3. To delete a user, click the images/download/attachments/60329457/DelUser.png (delete) icon, for that user. A dialog box with "Are you sure you want to delete the user XYZ?" message appears.

  4. Click Yes if you are sure that you want to delete the user. Enterprise Archive deletes the user, and the users details are no longer listed under the Users window.

Viewing or Hiding Deleted Users

Enterprise Archive maintains the records of the deleted Enterprise Archive users. You can select to view or hide the details of the selected users from the Users window.

To view deleted users:

  1. Select the Administration tab.

  2. Click Users in the workspace for Administration.

  3. Click the Deleted Users tab in the Users workspace. The list of deleted users appears in the Users window.

Restoring Deleted Users

Enterprise Archive maintains the records of the deleted Enterprise Archive users. You can restore deleted users from the Users window.

To view deleted users:

  1. Select the Administration tab.

  2. Click Deleted Users in the Users window. The list of deleted users appears in the Users window.

  3. Click the images/download/attachments/60329457/restore_deleted_users.png (Restore) icon for the user you want to restore. The user is restored and user details can be viewed in the Users window.
