Resetting User Passwords
Enterprise Archive Administrators can reset the password for an Enterprise Archive user. The Administrator selects the option to reset the user's password. Enterprise Archive then sends an email with a new password to the user's email ID. The users can then reset their password by logging on to the application.
To reset user password:
Select the Administration tab.
Click Users in the workspace for Administration .
Click the (vertical three-dot menu) icon for that user and select Reset Password.
Enterprise Archive then emails the new password to the users registered email ID. Users can reset their password when they log on to the application using the new password.
