Proof of Deletion Report
The Proof of Deletion report is an email based report. This report is available only upon request. Once enabled, this report is triggered daily at 3 AM EST to the configured email addresses.
The Proof of Deletion report contains the following details:

Description |

Total number of messages deleted |
Specifies the total number of messages deleted or disposed from the system. |

Total size of message deleted |
Specifies the total size (in GB) of the messages deleted or disposed. |

Disposition Effective Date |
Specifies the date until when disposition has caught up. Example: For a report run on July 31, 2022, if the effective date is June 04 2022, it means that all documents that were eligible to be deleted until June 04 are disposed. |
