Reports
This section details the reports that are available in Enterprise Archive. Reports in Enterprise Archive can be broadly classified into the following categories:
Kibana - A Smarsh reporting framework that consist of various visualizations to analyze and represent data.
Non-Kibana - Reports that can be downloaded as CSV files based on specific criteria.
Important
Enterprise Archive reports are generated in GMT/user preference timezone. Thus, the Date/Time values in all the reports will be either in GMT or as per the user selected timezone.
Following are the types of available reports:
Conduct Intel Reports such as Reviewer, User Message, Policy, and Queue reports are represented as a dashboard table. Others Conduct Intel Reports, Case Reports, and Administrative Reports reports can be viewed by downloading them as .CSV files and Scheduled Reports are sent to the configured users email IDs.
