Vantage Setup

The Vantage system administrator must create separate exporters on Vantage to export all the captured conversations. When an export is triggered on Vantage, the exporter scans the Vantage database for completed conversations and exports the conversation to Enterprise Archive. The conversations exported to Enterprise Archive can be viewed on the UI for eDiscovery, Case Management, and Supervision related activities. Perform the following steps to configure Vantage as content source in Enterprise Archive.

Configuring Exporter in Vantage

This step involves filtering exporters based on interaction type, employees, networks, and so on.

To define the exporter type and to configure exporter filters, see Creating Enterprise Archive Exporter.

Exporting To Enterprise Archive

This step involves specifying Enterprise Archive Ingestion URL, Enterprise Archive credentials and Cluster details. Vantage exports the data to Enterprise Archive for archiving.
