Application Overview
Enterprise Archive is a next generation, cloud-based archiving platform for email and other real-time communication/collaboration channels that enable companies to meet regulatory, retention, and supervisory requirements while reducing the risk and cost of eDiscovery. Unlike email-centric archives designed 10-15 years ago, Enterprise Archive is designed to preserve the context and metadata of the native conversation irrespective of the channel or network. Enterprise Archive is built using the same elastic technologies underlying applications such as Facebook, Netflix, and Google. Enterprise Archive’s performance capabilities far out perform all others.
Enterprise Archive uses patent-pending technology to store conversations as snapshots. This can be threaded to allow events of significance to be combined for additional context, even if a portion of the conversation has been edited or deleted by the end-user. In a single view, reviewers gain insight into the relevance of complex interaction events, such as real-time chat, blog entries, discussion board comments, and so on.
Enterprise Archive enables customers to leverage the on-demand scaling and performance of a single cloud archive across all communication sources to significantly reduce the total cost of information management and can estimate future costs. Enterprise Archive is a flexible and extensible platform that ensures emerging communication channels or custom-built internal applications are easily integrated with Enterprise Archive management and control.
